Nizen will be jointly operated by two offices of NIZONA: Japan Office (Logistics, Legal compliance, Inventory, Sourcing) and India Office (Sales,Marketing, Design, IT, Content).

NiZen products are available in Japan, USA, Philippines, India, Cambodia, Saudi Arabia, and will be soon available in Kuwait, Vietnam and Peru.

For environmentally responsible practices and to keep our products as fresh as possible, we always try to keep minimum inventory necessary to fulfil our existing orders. As such, we schedule the manufacture of our NiZen products based on projections from existing customers which we update once every three months

a. The reason for this is because we schedule our manufacturing based on prospective orders of EXISTING customers. When a new customer joins, we may not have the product in current stock and for that reason, we will manufacture your order freshly.
b. Additionally, there may be cases where due to regulations in your country, the label or packaging content needs to be adjusted to your language or your regulations.
c. Rest assured that once you have joined our network, we will add your prospective orders in our projections and keep the necessary stock for shorter delivery lead times.

a. Majority of NiZen products are Made in Japan. We have also started manufacturing products (Effervescent Tablets, Coffee Collagen) in India so that we can offer some really cost effective products also.

a. In Japan, we manufacture NiZen products under Japan GMP standards. In India, we manufacture NiZen products in ISO certified factories.

No. ‘NiZen’ is the house brand of Nizona Corporation, which has an extensive network of Japan Government licensed sub-contract manufacturers. Nizona has been exporting and distributing Made in Japan OEM food, nutraceutical and cosmetic products since 2013 to more than 20 countries in all regions of the world. NiZen is aimed at meeting the need of clients who wish to handle a high-quality Japanese brand but are not interested and/or are unable to handle their own brand due to OEM subcontract manufacturing legal, marketing and manufacturing requirements.

a. This is one of the advantages of being a NiZen distributor. Usually, when you buy bulk products, you are  required to buy large MOQs. However, if you buy NiZen products, the MOQ is usually lower than OEM/Private Label manufacturing. Please let us know your specific quantity needs and we will work with you based on such amounts.
b. However, if you want us to customize the product for you (e.g. adjust the flavor, formula or packaging); we will need to make a special batch for you and that requires the minimum production MOQ.
